2001
Foundation
Vortex Group established in Jeddah with a core team of 12 engineers focused on residential contracting.
2010
Trading Division Launch
Industrial trading arm established, enabling integrated supply-chain solutions for clients across the GCC.
2019
Government Contracts
Secured first Ministry of Works infrastructure contract — three highway interchanges totaling SAR 480M.
2006
Commercial Expansion
First major commercial contract awarded — a 14-floor business centre in Al Muruj District, completed ahead of schedule.
2015
ISO Certification
Achieved ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications, reinforcing our commitment to quality and safety at every level.
2025
500 Projects Milestone
Celebrated the completion of our 500th project and expanded our team to 300+ professionals across 6 divisions.
